We are seeking an experienced Female Customer Service Representative / Call Center to join our dynamic team immediately. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• · Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• · Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
• · Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

Requirements

• · Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center or similar
• · Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
• · Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
• · Ready to join immediately
