Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO — HYBRID! 140-170k plus bonus
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and prioritize a complex, ever-evolving calendar, ensuring optimal workflow, efficiency, and time management across internal and external stakeholders Handle sensitive and confidential information — both business and personal — with the utmost discretion and professionalism Organize, synthesize, and prioritize large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate complex domestic and international travel for the CEO and direct family members, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, visas, passports, and concierge services; prepare comprehensive itineraries and agendas for all trips Serve as the primary point of contact for calls, emails, and written correspondence on behalf of the CEO Process and oversee executive expense reporting and approvals utilizing Concur and related systems Maintain detailed filing systems — both electronic and physical — including contacts, calendars, and records pertaining to domestic and international real estate holdings Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response Communicate on the CEO's behalf with senior executives, board members, and external advisors while coordinating logistics for high-level meetings and events
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting a C-suite executive, preferably in a global, high-profile environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities seamlessly Outstanding written and verbal communication skills High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential matters Strong proficiency with Concur, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools Experience coordinating across international time zones and jurisdictions is a plus A calm, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
