Location : Central

Basic up to $3,200 + AWS bonus + Variable Bonus

Job responsibilities

• Support corporate IT users in ASEAN Office and nearby associate companies.
• Execute IT projects (device replacement, security, infrastructure, efficiency improvements).
• Coordinate with internal teams, related departments and vendors; report/escalate issues to management.
• Potential future involvement with regional deployments planned by Headquarters.

Main Tasks

• Device kitting & lifecycle support (PCs, iPhone/iPad, printers, servers).
• Coordinate and implement IT deployments and vendor work.
• Manage departmental accounting in SAP/Moca and assist budget monitoring.
• First-line user support and escalation.

Requirements

• Diploma
• Experience: 1–2+ years in corporate IT or strong interest in IT.
• Technical: Basic knowledge of infrastructure, security, networks. Familiarity with listed tools (Microsoft ecosystem: Windows 11, M365/O365, Intune, Azure AD, TeamsPhone, Defender, Copilot, PowerApps; Box, AWS; SAP; DocuSign; UI Path; FortiGate/FortiAnalyzer; SentinelOne; VPN tools).
• Personal: Proactive learner, good communicator, user-oriented, multitasker, project management experience
