HR Executive (1-Year Contract, Convertible toPermanent)

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain accurate employee documentation
- Assist in payroll processing, leave administration, claims, and benefits coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
- Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR projects
- Handle HR queries and provide administrative support to employees and management
- Maintain and update HR databases and reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within financial services, banking, or professional services
- Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- 1-year renewable contract with opportunity for conversion to permanent subject to performance and business needs
