About the Role

We are in search of an experienced Executive to take on a key role in our team. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong history in high-growth sectors such as DTC, eCommerce, or digital marketplaces. Our focus is on candidates who have a proven record of utilizing AI tools, like Claude Code, to generate significant business results.

This includes automating processes, constructing and enhancing systems, and using data analytics for informed commercial decisions. The successful candidate will be a strategic strategist, adept at applying advanced AI concepts, with a clear focus on replacing manual labor with automation to boost revenue and operational efficiency.

We require candidates to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, with a sound comprehension of the business models and customer demographics associated with our industry. We value individuals with a demonstrated history of achieving tangible results, including revenue growth, enhanced operational efficiency, and improved overall performance.

We refer to top performers in our company as A-Players—those who have consistently delivered impactful results and can articulate the commercial success of their actions. This role is not compatible with individuals who have merely dabbled in AI tools or lack a deep understanding of the challenges they are addressing.
