Summary

This person will primarily perform activities related to SEC reporting support and support technical accounting and acquisitions activities. This individual will play a pivotal role in the financial reporting process, including the preparation of external financial statements and related disclosures for our quarterly and annual filings, as well as support other external reporting needs.

This person will support ad-hoc internal and external requests related to financial information, as well as provide assistance for business and Merger & Acquisitions accounting projects.

Job Description

• Support the external financial reporting process, including preparation of the consolidated income statement, balance sheet, statement of equity, and statement of cash flows
• Compile quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and management’s discussion and analysis of results
• Support the compilation of and governance around non-GAAP reporting metrics
• Prepare/review monthly close data, journal entries, and account reconciliation for certain technical accounting areas
• Contribute to special projects to identify and implement process improvements for the timely and accurate external reporting process as well as internal controls for financial reporting and entity-level controls

Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
