Project Coordinator Position
Note: This position will be in-person with some remote flexibility, and this opportunity will be six months based on hours employed (16 - 32 hours per week). The UCSF Memory and Aging Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support key research and outreach initiatives within the Tee Lab. This role will provide critical coordination and administrative support to the ACAD TQA Core, manage data for multiple ongoing projects (MTV, CLAP, ENHANCE), and contribute to the Chinese Outreach program.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training activities and site visits across multiple research locations, managing training documentation and progress tracking, and supporting data quality assurance processes.
This includes monitoring scoring procedures, assisting with onboarding new staff, maintaining training resources, and contributing to qualitative data analysis and manuscript preparation.
In addition to research-related duties, the Project Coordinator will support outreach efforts targeting the Chinese-speaking community. This involves tracking outreach metrics, maintaining social media platforms, and providing translation support. The role will also involve general administrative responsibilities, such as report drafting, reimbursement submissions, and participating in periodic lab meetings.

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
