Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring the quality-of-service execution and process compliance within the region, identifying and reporting service quality issues, major product quality issues, and other anomalies.
Responsible for organizing system problem collection and supervising system optimization implementation.
Responsible for coordinating service resources, identifying abnormal situations such as insufficient and illegal use of service resources, and coordinating and coordinating resources across departments.
Other key tasks assigned by the superiors.
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree or above, with professional background in Business Administration, Engineering Machinery, Mechanical Manufacturing.
Having experience in after-sales service in the construction machinery industry, familiar with the entire after-sales service process, with over three years of experience in after-sales service and service team management.
In addition to being proficient in the mother tongue language, one must be fluent in English or Chinese and possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Identifying the corporate culture of ZOOMLION, clear logical thinking, strong abilities in data analysis and report writing, excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong team awareness.
