🧪 Evolve Scientific, a leading scientific recruitment agency and part of NES Fircroft, is looking for a highly motivated Contractor Engagement Consultant to join our team at our Bondi Junction, Sydney OR Camberwell, Melbourne! In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience to our contractor population.
You’ll build and manage strong contractor relationships while working closely with our Recruiters and Assignment Support team to ensure seamless support from start to finish 🤝💼 What you’ll be doing:
- Draft accurate contract amendments and end-of-assignment letters using the correct templates
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and sales teams to ensure smooth and compliant contractor offboarding
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, supporting them with payroll, insurance, travel, expenses, and contract-related queries
- Maintain proactive engagement with contractors throughout the lifecycle of their assignments
- Meet targets for Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey results and response rates 📊Effectively address feedback and concerns raised through NPS surveys
- Uphold Evolve Scientific’s code of conduct and HSE policy at all times🔍 You’ll be a great fit if you have:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a team
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
