Mac Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support maintenance operations across our portfolio. This role is hands-on in the warehouse and also includes inventory auditing and purchase order (PO) management, requiring strong computer and data accuracy skills.

This is a full-time position with benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) after 90-days of employment. The pay rate for this role is $20/hour.

What You’ll Do

Receive, organize, and distribute maintenance supplies and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and audits
Process and manage purchase orders (POs) and verify documentation for accuracy
Use computer systems to track inventory, audit usage, and update records
Load and unload deliveries and prepare materials for field teams
Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Support urgent supply requests from maintenance teams

What We’re Looking For

1+ year warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
Strong computer skills required (inventory systems, PO tracking, data entry)
High attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and recordkeeping
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong organization and time management skills
Forklift experience/certification is a plus
