KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth, enthusiasm and genuine attention to detail
- Prepare acai bowls, smoothies and menu items following OAKBERRY’S product guidelines for consistency and excellence
- Maintain hygiene standards and a clean, welcoming store environment at all times
- Represent the OAKBERRY brand with professionalism and pride in every guest interaction
- Support inventory management and communicate stock needs to the Store Lead

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Customer-facing experience in food and beverage, hospitality or a fast-paced service environment
- Specialty coffee or F&B background is a strong plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates and those with a connection to the Latin community are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong communicator with a team-first attitude and a genuine love for people
- Reliable and punctual - you show up ready to do great work, every time
- Valid New York Food Handler Certificate required (or willingness to obtain before start date)

- $19 to $24/hr plus tips - based on experience and role (Team Member, Assistant Store Lead or Store Lead)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs
- Must be able to perform bending, stooping and squatting movements
- Must be able to safely handle sharp objects and work with food equipment
