We are seeking detail-oriented and professional Hotel Auditors to conduct independent evaluations of hotel operations, guest experience, service quality, and compliance with established hospitality standards.
This role focuses on performing anonymous hotel inspections, assessing service delivery, cleanliness, operational execution, and guest-facing interactions while providing objective and comprehensive evaluation reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Hotel Audits & Guest Experience
- Conduct undercover visits to assigned hotels as a regular guest.
- Evaluate guest service quality and professionalism.
- Assess cleanliness and condition of hotel facilities.
- Review ambiance, presentation, and overall guest experience.
- Evaluate staff responsiveness, knowledge, and service delivery.
- Verify compliance with hospitality and operational standards.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Complete detailed inspection reports following audit guidelines.
- Document findings accurately and objectively.
- Submit evaluations within established timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality throughout the audit process.
- Quality & Compliance
- Follow assignment-specific audit procedures.
- Ensure consistency across evaluations.
- Identify operational strengths and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain professional and impartial assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in:-Hospitality-Hotel Operations-Guest Services-Front Office Operations-Hotel Management-Quality Assurance-Customer Experience
- Strong observational and reporting skills.
