Community Consolidated School District 62 in Des Plaines, Illinois is seeking a Kindergarten Teacher at South Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. District 62 is excited to introduce full day Kindergarten to our schools in the 2026-2027 school year!

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. 2.
• Current valid Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate endorsement.
• 3. Experience as an elementary school teacher is preferred.
• 4. ESL endorsement is preferred.

Compensation InformationThis position is part of the Des Plaines Education Association and salaries are part of the collective bargaining agreement. This position includes paid sick and personal time.
