This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leasing professional who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and making a tangible impact within a scaling business.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of leasing professionals
• Monitoring leasing performance, occupancy rates and commercial KPIs
• Driving revenue growth through effective leasing strategies
• Managing the full leasing lifecycle across a diverse property portfolio
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes

About You

• 5+ years' experience within leasing, real estate or property management
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferredWhat's on Offer
