Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools for tracking candidates and managing recruitment campaigns.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure recruitment effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Willingness to travel for campus visits, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
