Role Overview

As a Real Estate Advisor at GI Properties, you will be a key ambassador of our brand, providing clients with expert guidance in buying, selling, or renting properties across Dubai. You will:

• Build lasting relationships with clients and understand their property needs
• Leverage market knowledge to provide professional advice and achieve results
• Work closely with marketing, telesales, and administrative teams to deliver seamless client experiences
• Maximize business opportunities by using leads, marketing support, and exposure tools

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the real estate market, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven interest or experience in real estate sales (freshers are welcome)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• United Arab Emirates-based (Candidates outside the UAE will not be considered)
• Professional, confident, and passionate about real estate
