Office Coordinator - Means Events

We are looking for a proactive Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle correspondence, calls, and office communication
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and inventory
• Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation
• Support HR and finance teams with basic admin tasks
• Assist with onboarding and internal coordination

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Previous admin/office support experience preferred
