About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Guest Relations Officer to join our team.
This role will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, managing bookings and inquiries, supporting daily operations, and assisting with events hosted at Nas HouseThe ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and community environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, members, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and scheduling for Nas House facilities and events.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, check-ins, and special requests.
- Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, networking sessions, and community activities.
- Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and guest management.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the venue.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Help monitor venue readiness, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks related to memberships, events, and operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, events, or operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and booking systems is a plus.
- Flexible to work evenings or weekends when events require support.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in hospitality, co-working spaces, hotels, community spaces, or event venues.
- Knowledge of Dubai's hospitality and events landscape.
- Experience coordinating events or community engagement activities.
