Operations & Growth Associate (Part-Time, Dubai — Hybrid)

Rockenue is a fast-growing revenue management company working with independent hotels across Europe and the UK. We're small, ambitious, and tech-driven, and we're hiring our first Operations & Growth Associate in Dubai.

This is a broad role. Working closely with the founder, you'll help run the company day to day — coordinating operations, managing tools and systems, keeping projects moving, and learning revenue management (we'll train you fully). It's a real opportunity to take on responsibility early and grow with the company.

We're looking for someone early in their career who is exceptional — not someone with a long CV.

What you'll do

• Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
• Manage and improve the tools and workflows we use
• Coordinate with partners and team members
• Learn and apply revenue management to real hotel accounts

Who you are

• Genuinely tech-savvy — you learn new software fast (our #1 requirement)
• Sharp, organised, and able to work independently
• Honest, reliable, and committed
• Strong written and spoken English
• Based in Dubai, able to work from our Meydan office and remotely
• No specific experience required
