Air Logistics Perishables Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Air Logistics Perishables team. You will support the coordination of air freight shipments while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position operates on a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on followed by 4 days off. How you create impact

• Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipment documentation
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers
• Coordinate bookings, collections, and deliveries efficiently
• Support smooth day-to-day operational activities
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and results-driven team environment

Air Logistics experience preferred but not essential

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confident working independently and within a team
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• Professional and customer-focused approach
