SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT – SNAPPY SNAPS

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused person to join our team.

You will be helping customers with photo printing, gifts, framing, passport photos and print services while delivering excellent customer service.

Main Duties Greeting and serving customers Recommending products and services Processing customer orders Helping increase sales in store Answering customer enquiries Keeping the store presentable and organised

Requirements

• Confident speaking with customers Positive and enthusiastic attitude Sales or retail experience preferred Advanced computer skills preferred Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred) Confident using printing software, email systems and general IT systems Reliable and willing to learn
