We’re looking to add a Social Media Content Manager to our team based in New York City. This role is focused on connecting marketing efforts directly to business outcomes, with a strong emphasis on lead quality, conversion, and revenue impact in the tri-state area. This role will have you will work with online customer engagement campaigns targeted at the tri-state area.

Social Media Content Manager Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing platform-specific strategies, collaborating with hosts and production teams, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance data, and optimizing resources to drive audience growth, engagement, and subscription conversions
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each talent/show and for the company as a whole across all major platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to create, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, Stories, Reels, Shorts, etc.), ensuring each piece aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices
- Work closely with hosts and show teams to amplify their personal brands and ensure authentic representation across channels
- Community Engagement: Monitor audience interactions, respond appropriately, and foster a vibrant, positive community
- Track key performance indicators, generate regular reports, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends to keep strategies fresh and innovative
- Support marketing and subscription growth initiatives with social media campaigns, launches, and promotional pushes
- Manage sensitive communications quickly and effectively to protect talent and brand reputation when necessary
Social Media Content Manager Preferred Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in marketing, content management, or social media
- Bachelor's Degree
- Background supporting online engagement strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics and Ahrefs
- Creative vision to drive marketing campaigns and boost engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team and other departments as needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
