Mission:
The mission of this role is to ensure the accurate execution, analysis, and reporting of EMV and payment-related tests while delivering high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams.
The position contributes to maintaining service excellence, strengthening compliance, and supporting the implementation of new payment solutions.ACTIVITIESDemonstrating exceptional technical knowledge to conduct test sessions in accordance with the related Quality Assurance Plan.
Analyzing EMV test data and results, providing insightful feedback.
Producing comprehensive test reports and continually striving to minimize issues identified during reviews.
Understanding the purpose of tests with respect to customer needs and specificities within the testing scope.
Developing technical documentation and actively contributing to the internal knowledge base.
Offering technical consulting and debugging services to customers, both remotely and on customer premises when necessary.
Providing technical support internally to colleagues.
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality service at all times and adhering to the quality process.
Expanding your skillset and maintaining acquired skills while actively suggesting improvements.
Collecting and disseminating customer feedback to enhance our services.
Being the technical point of contact for customers and participating in internal training sessions.
Actively participating in sharing technical knowledge with colleagues.
