CRM Business Functional Tester

We're Hiring: CRM Business Functional TesterAre you someone who speaks both "business" and "tech"? We're looking for a CRM Functional Tester who can turn complex business workflows into air-tight test cases — and make sure nothing slips through the cracks before it reaches end users.

Unlike a pure technical tester, this role is all about business logic, workflows, and user experience.

What You'll Do✅ Analyze BRDs & FSDs — build test plans with full traceability to business requirements✅ Functional & E2E Testing — Lead Management, Opportunity tracking, Case Management, Campaign automation✅ Data Integrity & Integration — verify data flows, RBAC permissions, and dashboard accuracy✅ Defect Management — log bugs in Jira/Azure DevOps, run regression tests, communicate business impact✅ UAT Support — guide stakeholders, prepare test data, translate tech findings into plain language️

What You'll Need Hands-on CRM testing

Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, or SAP/Oracle CRM (non-negotiable) Tools: Jira, Selenium, Postman, Zephyr, Azure DevOps Basic SQL for database verification Agile/Scrum mindset and strong SDLC understanding ISTQB / Salesforce Admin / Dynamics 365 certifications are a big plusExperience: 2–5 years in software testing, with 1–2 years specifically in CRM environments.
