Seed to Skin Tuscany is seeking an exceptional Retail Account Manager to lead our flagship presence within Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge.
This is a unique opportunity to represent one of the world's most distinctive luxury skincare brands, born from the award-winning Borgo Santo Pietro estate in Tuscany.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving retail performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, managing the treatment residency programme and building long-term relationships with clients, media and VIP guests.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Retail Performance & Sales
- Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive both retail and treatment revenue performance.
- Maximise conversion, average transaction value and repeat purchase rates.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and local market development.
- Luxury Client Experience
- Deliver world-class customer service at every touchpoint.
- Conduct personalised skincare consultations.
- Build a loyal client base through proactive clientelling.
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up programmes.
- Act as a true brand ambassador for Seed to Skin Tuscany and Borgo Santo Pietro.
- Treatment Room Manage treatment bookings and guest journeys.
- Coordinate therapist schedules and treatment room utilisation.
- Ensure treatment experiences are delivered to the highest standards.
- Convert treatment guests into long-term retail customers.
- Support development of treatment events and promotional activities.
- Events, Media & VIP Hosting
- Support press events, founder appearances and VIP activations.
- Host media, influencers and strategic partners visiting the Residency.
- Assist in local marketing initiatives and Harvey Nichols events.
- Generate social content opportunities where appropriate.
- Operations & Merchandising
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels, testers and sampling materials.
- Manage inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Build strong working relationships with Harvey Nichols management and store teams.
- Reporting & Business Analysis
- Ensure compliance with all company operational procedures.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse treatment utilisation, retail conversion and customer retention metrics.
- Provide commercial feedback and market insights to the leadership team.
Who you are
- Experience within luxury beauty, skincare or wellness.
- Strong retail sales background with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Passion for skincare, wellness and client service.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
