Role Description

This is a full-time, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) role based in Madhyamgram,Nearly opening its other branch at Merlin Summit,Saltlake sector v. The CMO will define and lead the overall marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s brand, support business growth, and expand market presence in the construction industry.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market analysis, planning campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives. The role involves guiding a marketing team, coordinating with senior leadership and project teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and on-site channels.

The CMO will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, media, and strategic partners, while tracking performance metrics to continuously refine marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in Market Research, including analyzing customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in Public Relations, including media outreach, brand positioning, and reputation management.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and business development goals.
• Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and external agencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the construction, real estate, or related industries(Architecture consultancy firm) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from Madhyamgram, with strong time management and self-organization.
