NoshLeaf is seeking an exceptional marketing leader to build and scale a category-defining brand. This is not a traditional marketing role—we are looking for a visionary growth strategist who has successfully transformed businesses into recognized market leaders.
The ideal candidate combines brand-building expertise with a relentless focus on revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion. You will work directly with the founders and have full ownership of the company's marketing strategy, execution, and performance.
What You'll OwnDefine and execute the company's overall marketing and growth strategy.

Drive customer acquisition through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Create scalable growth engines across digital, social, partnerships, referrals, PR, and emerging channels.
Develop and lead high-performing marketing teams, agencies, and external partners.
Establish key performance metrics and accountability across all marketing activities.
Identify untapped market opportunities and execute strategies to capture them.
Partner closely with leadership to influence company direction, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Who We're Looking ForProven track record of scaling brands from early-stage growth to significant market presence.
Demonstrated success delivering measurable revenue growth and customer acquisition at scale.
Deep expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, growth marketing, customer lifecycle management, and analytics.
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and accountability.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Experience within food, health, wellness, consumer products, e-commerce, subscription businesses, or high-growth startups is highly desirable.
