Position Details
- Role: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Location: On-site Industry: FinTech | NBFC | Digital Lending Experience: 8–12 Years CTC: ₹10–12 LPA (Based on experience and performance)🎯 What You'll Lead
- Own and execute Quikkred's end-to-end marketing strategy
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels
- Scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, SEO, ASO, CRM, and Social Media
- Build a strong, trusted, and differentiated fintech brand
- Develop lifecycle marketing journeys through WhatsApp, Email, Push Notifications, and SMSLead partnerships, growth initiatives, and distribution channels
- Manage marketing analytics, attribution models, and ROI optimization
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and industry regulations
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Leadership teams to accelerate growth✅
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of marketing experience, including leadership roles
- Proven success in scaling growth for FinTech, NBFC, Digital Lending, BFSI, or Consumer Internet businesses
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Brand Building, Growth Marketing, CRM, and Customer Lifecycle Management
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Apps
- Flyer, Firebase, Clever
- Tap, or similar platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
