We are seeking an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, student acquisition, and international outreach for a leading education group. The role will be responsible for driving growth across Higher Education and K-12 segments through integrated marketing, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Drive student enrollment through effective admissions marketing, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.
- Strengthen brand visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement across domestic and international markets.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Build and expand international recruitment channels, partnerships, and market presence.
- Oversee corporate communications, public relations, media engagement, and brand management.
- Collaborate with academic, admissions, and leadership teams to support business growth and market expansion.
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership roles in Higher Education, Universities, EdTech, or K-12 institutions.
- Strong expertise in branding, admissions marketing, digital marketing, and international market development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing functions and high-performing teams.
