Job Description

RBC is looking for industry leaders in Marketing function, who can work with CEO and Chief Strategy Officer. Leaders with min. 15+ years of experience and have exposure working with startup ecosystems and motivation to work and develop start-ups are a must.

Candidates with experience in Solar Energy / Clean Technology / Battery Energy Storage Systems etc. sectors only need to apply for this position.

• Key objectives & focus areas of the solar panel business -
• 1. To achieve a strong market share in South India
• 2. Setting up the marketing function and sub process
• 3. End-to-end brand building playbook
• 4. Scalable lead generation for B2C, B2B and B2G business
• 5. Funnel management / CRM and lead closure, strong integration with sales team
• 6. ROI and KPI tracking setup and measurement Engagement
