As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. As a part of the AR Glasses team, you will be building glasses that provide all-day helpfulness in use cases like translation, navigation, photography and AI assistance. In this role, you will be a part of the SonicXP team (go/sonicxp-charter) and will be responsible for several key features including translation, the media player, and the phone call experience on glasses.
Your mission is to empower users with delightful glasses experiences that amplify the power of speech and sound.
You will be responsible for delivering great translation experiences for both Android and iOS users of XR glasses, as this role is for a mobile developer with experience in either iOS or Android (or both).
