The Product Analyst team in Regional Operations partners closely with Product, Operations, BI, and Data PM teams to support data-driven decision-making across markets. We focus on defining and interpreting key metrics, designing analytical frameworks, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
As part of our AI-enabled transformation, the team actively explores how AI-assisted tools can improve analytical efficiency, consistency, and impact—while maintaining strong analytical judgment and business context.
Job Description
- Support the team in requirements analysis, system support, and release management across regional product and operations initiatives
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand problem statements and translate them into analytical and product requirements
- Apply AI-assisted analysis tools (e.g. natural language querying, insight generation, text analysis) to explore data, identify patterns, and generate first-pass insights
- Conduct data analysis to support feature prioritisation and track post-launch performance, with guidance from senior analysts
- Assist in testing, validating, and improving analytical workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to ensure accuracy and usability
- Document insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly to support decision-making and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative, analytical, or related discipline
- Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured questions and actionable steps
- Comfortable working with data and learning new analytical tools; prior experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus but not mandatory
- Curious about using AI tools to enhance analysis, efficiency, and insight quality
- Able to explain findings clearly and logically to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable experimenting in a dynamic environment
- Full-time internship availability preferred (3–6 months)
