Product Manager – London Market Insurance Platforms | AI & Digital Transformation 🚨📍 London / Hybrid💼 Insurance Technology | London Market | AI | Core PlatformsWe are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager with deep London Market insurance platform expertise to define and lead the vision for an AI-enabled insurance platform.

This is not a generic Product Manager role. We need someone who has previously shaped and delivered strategy for a London Market insurance platform and understands the complexities of underwriting workflows, policy lifecycle management, and modernisation within the Lloyd’s / specialty insurance market.

You must have hands-on experience working with or defining platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, BPA, or similar core insurance systems within the London Market.

Key focus of the role:

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for an AI-powered insurance platform
• Drive platform modernisation and digital underwriting transformation initiatives
• Work closely with underwriting, operations, and technology leadership teams
• Translate complex London Market insurance requirements into scalable platform capabilities
• Lead Agile product delivery including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and stakeholder management
• Champion AI, automation, and straight-through processing opportunities across underwriting and policy administrationEssential experience:✅ Strong London Market insurance experience – this is mandatory✅ Experience defining the vision and roadmap for a core insurance platform✅ Previous experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, BPA or similar insurance platforms✅ Deep understanding of underwriting workflows and policy lifecycle management✅ Experience working with AI, GenAI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions within insurance✅ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders✅ Agile product management experience (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps etc.)We are specifically looking for someone who can operate strategically, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future direction of the platform — not just manage delivery.
