This will be a 2-years direct contract position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior PM.
- Define standards for discovery, PRDs, experimentation, and product quality.
- Define product strategy and OKRs
- Translate needs into a sequenced and measurable roadmap.
- Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Ensure user needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development.
- Drive rollout readiness (training, comms, support, feedback loops).
- Champion instrumentation and dashboards for adoption/efficiency/quality.
- Manage risks (privacy/security, data quality, operational readiness).
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years in product management experience with evidence of shipping outcomes
- Minimum 3 years in leading PMs and cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Strong in Product Discovery, Prioritisation, Metrics, Data-Driven, Stakeholder influence
- Technical literacy to work effectively with engineers on platform, data and integration trade-offs
