We are recruitng for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of highly technical products, at the intersection of technology, customer needs, and commercial strategy.

You'll partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to identify market opportunities, launch innovative products, and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen our competitive position.
What You'll Do
As Product Manager, you will serve as the driving force behind product strategy and execution, helping shape the future of our product portfolio while delivering value to customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of new and existing products aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, strategic plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives based on market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product strategies into actionable development programs and successful product launches.
- Develop and present business cases for new product investments, market expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing markets and emerging industries.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, customer training, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies and pricing tools that support profitability and market competitiveness.
- Monitor product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements.
- Champion initiatives focused on operational excellence, including cost reduction, quality improvements, lead-time optimization, and process efficiency.
Candidates should possess
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, or a related commercial leadership role within a manufacturing or technical industry.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development initiatives.
- Experience in highly engineered, industrial, aerospace, defense, electronics, connectivity, or manufacturing-related products.
- Knowledge of government, military, or industry specifications and standards.
- Experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, and product commercialization plans.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000 – $200,000
