Job Description
A Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and close projects. They ensure initiatives—such as software development or marketing campaign are delivered on-time, within budget, and according to scope. They bridge the gap between team members and stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Road mapping: Create comprehensive work plans, establish timelines, and assign tasks to project team members.
- Budget Management: Allocate resources, forecast budget requirements, and manage expenditures while analyzing and addressing variances.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential bottlenecks (e.g., vendor delays, scope creep), assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor project teams.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and assign tasks based on individual strengths.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates via meetings and reports, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT, Project Management, or a related field, combined with 6+ years of hands-on project management experience.
- Certifications: Preferred professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.

Technical Skills
