Commercial Project Manager

We’re currently looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Project Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career - ideally with 1–2 years of experience - who is eager to grow, learn and build a long-term career within a global organisation.

Working alongside experienced project delivery and finance professionals, you’ll support the financial management of major Building Automation, Security and Sustainability projects across their full lifecycle - from Sales through to Delivery and completion.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Financial management and oversight of projects within the Buildings business unit
• Project forecasting, cost analysis and cash flow management Contract reviews and contractual risk management
• Monitoring project performance and profitability in pursuit of team KPIsEnforce financial compliance and providing commercial governance Working closely with project managers, sales teams and operational stakeholders Identifying opportunities for process improvement and smarter ways of working Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and digital innovation What We’re Looking For1–2 years’ experience in a commercial, finance, project coordination or project support role Degree qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business, Accounting or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Interest in technology, BI platforms, digital tools and process improvement Highly organised with strong attention to detail Why Siemens?
