We're looking for an project officer with SME knowledge & experience with Jira.

About the Role

Managing the end-to-end setup and configuration of Jira projects, including designing and optimising workflows, and creating/customising fields, screens, and forms.

Partnering with internal users to gather and understand requirements for effective workflow and project configurations.

Integrating Jira with other tools and systems as needed to enhance overall functionality and user experience.

Training end users on Jira features during project deployments and providing ongoing support.

Handling occasional Confluence-related requests and support tasks.

About You

SME knowledge & experience with Jira.

Ideally 5+ years' experience working as a project officer/coordinator with JiraSome experience working in the government sector would be advantageous.
