Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly presentable Designer / Architect / Business Development Manager with strong UAE market knowledge and a proven client base. The ideal candidate must be confident, creative, and capable of handling high-level client interactions while driving both design excellence and business growth.
Requirements
- Female candidate – European nationality preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE
- Must have an existing UAE client base and strong market connections
- Excellent client interaction, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Highly presentable, polished, and well-dressed for client-facing roles
- Strong background in interior design / architecture / business development
- Ability to lead meetings, prepare proposals, and secure new projects
- Strong understanding of UAE design trends, materials, and suppliersSoftware & Tools Provided by the CompanyThe company will provide access to the following software:

Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentations for client projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, technical layouts, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards using 3ds Max and Adobe Suite.
- Lead client meetings, design presentations, and project discussions with confidence.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing UAE clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base within the UAE market.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and design pitches to secure new projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design feasibility, and project coordination.
- Oversee material selection, finishes, FF&E, and design specifications aligned with project budgets.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to support project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide design-related guidance throughout execution.
- Stay updated with UAE market trends, materials, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Ensure all design outputs meet company quality standards and reflect high professionalism.
- Maintain organized project documentation, design archives, and client communication records.
