Sales Executive / Business Development Manager

We are growing fast and need a top-tier sales professional to help us close more deals and build lasting client relationships.

Role overview

As our Sales Executive / BDM, you will own the full client journey from first conversation to signed contract. You will work with warm leads handed to you by our lead generation team, conduct site visits, present tailored renovation proposals, and close deals confidently. High earners in this role can make AED 15,000+ per month with commissions.

What you will do

• Follow up with warm leads within 24 hours and build rapport quickly
• Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs and scope
• Prepare and present renovation proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals professionally
• Maintain strong client relationships post-sale and generate referrals
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handover
• Update CRM with all client interactions, statuses, and pipeline forecasts

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
