CareCircle Connect Inc. is looking for a Co-Founder, Business Development.

CareCircle AI is building healthcare workflow infrastructure to connect the patient journey from first call to treatment completion.

We are starting with dental offices as our first focused market, where intake, scheduling, forms, insurance information, treatment-plan education, cost estimates, financing, and follow-up are often disconnected.

The long-term vision is connected patient journeys across healthcare.

We are looking for a business development co-founder who can help us build the commercial side of the company: customer discovery, pilot acquisition, partnerships, go-to-market strategy, investor conversations, and early revenue.

This is not a normal employee role. This is a co-founder opportunity for someone who wants to build from the ground up.

Ideal background

You should be comfortable speaking with clinic owners, healthcare operators, office managers, DSOs, and strategic partners.
