We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our ERP and software solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calls, visits, referrals, and networking
- Qualify inbound leads provided by the company
- Research potential clients and understand their business needs
- Conduct software presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up on leads and proposals to move deals forward
- Negotiate pricing and close the sales deal effectively
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or tracking systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of software sales experience in the UAE
- Good command over spoken and written English, Hindi and Malayalam are mandatory
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and deal closures
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, BCom or related field
- Knowledge of ERP, POS, or business software solutions is mandatory
