We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing, E-commerce & Digital Support Executive to support the execution of marketing initiatives across channels.
This role will support day-to-day marketing operations, online sales channels, campaign rollouts, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, collaborative and comfortable working across multiple platforms, and able to support both execution and reporting with accuracy and consistency.
The scope covers website, e-commerce, paid media, CRM, social media, campaign execution, reporting, and administrative support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, e-commerce, CRM, social media, and marketplace channels (HORECA, Retail, GTR…).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign rollouts.
- Support the development and deployment of campaign assets, including banners, product content, promotional materials, and digital touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all marketing channels and digital platforms.
- Assist with marketing calendars, campaign trackers, briefs, and follow-ups.
- Website & Digital Platforms
- Manage basic website backend updates, including products, content, banners, pricing, and promotional changes.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with campaign requirements.
- Download, review, and analyze website sales and performance reports.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance using Google Analytics.
- Identify basic opportunities to improve the user journey, content visibility, and conversion.E-commerce & Marketplace Support
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce and marketplace platforms, including Amazon.
- Support product content, images, pricing, promotions, and availability updates.
- Monitor sales performance and flag opportunities, issues, or performance gaps.
- Support Amazon advertising setup if needed, performance tracking, and optimization coordination.
- Ensure product pages are accurate, compliant, and commercially optimized.
- Digital Marketing & Paid Media
- Act as a coordination point with paid media agencies and partners.
- Support agency with campaign tracking and reporting across Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor paid media KPIs, budget spend, performance efficiency, and campaign results.
- Prepare performance summaries and highlight optimization opportunities.
- Ensure campaign objectives, timelines, assets, and reporting requirements are clearly aligned.CRM & Email Marketing
- Support agency with CRM campaigns, including email and SMS communications.
- Assist agency with campaign scheduling, segmentation, content uploads, testing, and deployment.
- Work with agency on Klaviyo or relevant CRM platforms to execute campaigns and track performance.
- Monitor CRM KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and campaign engagement.
- Support consumer database organization and CRM reporting.
- Social Media Support
- Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
- Support day-to-day community management, including comments, messages, and basic consumer interactions.
- Monitor social media engagement and highlight relevant feedback or opportunities.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams to ensure timely posting and content accuracy.
- Support social media reporting and content performance tracking.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular reports across website, e-commerce, paid media, CRM, social media, offline marketing campaigns, and overall campaign performance.
- Maintain trackers for campaign execution, budgets, expenses, and performance updates.
- Support administrative marketing tasks, including PO follow-ups, supplier coordination, and document organization.
- Ensure all reports, files, and trackers are accurate, structured, and up to date.
