Finance Analyst (m/f/d)

Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing business operating within the automotive and mobility sector, with a strong reputation for innovation and operational excellence. Following a period of sustained growth and continued investment, they are seeking a commercially focused Finance Analyst to join their finance team.

This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking business where finance plays a central role in supporting strategic decision making. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the business, gaining exposure to a variety of projects while helping drive performance and future growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful financial and operational analysis to support business performance.
• Produce regular management reports, KPI dashboards and performance insights.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through detailed data analysis.
• Support month end reporting and variance analysis.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial guidance and challenge.
• Develop and improve reporting processes, models and analytical tools.
• Assist with business cases, investment appraisals and strategic initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.
• Experience within a Finance Analyst, Commercial Finance, FP&A or a Management Accounting role.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions focused approach.
• Experience within a fast paced commercial environment would be an advantage.
