About the Roles
We are seeking a General Admin / Admin Assistant to join a construction and landscaping company based in Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 5-day work week offering structured hours and a competitive package including basic salary, AWS, and performance bonus. The role is ideal for individuals looking for a stable administrative position with opportunities to learn and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle day-to-day administrative support such as data entry and responding to emails.
- Manage incoming calls by answering and directing them appropriately.
- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Perform document-related tasks including binding, photocopying, and filing.
- Track and replenish office stationery supplies as needed.
- Arrange courier services and prepare shipment documentation.
- Support pantry maintenance and assist with basic hospitality duties.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with general office administration and document handling processes.
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
