Job Responsibilities
- Review and triage meeting requests, calibrating executive calendars daily as needed to resolve conflicts and ensure optimal scheduling
- Manage high-volume, complex calendars for multiple managers, proactively adjusting for competing priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights and reserving hotel accommodations using internal tools
- Process and submit expense reports on behalf of multiple managers in a timely and accurate manner
- Support event planning and execution for team morale initiatives and offsite events
- Procure goods and services including hardware, software, and office supplies
- Manage alias assignments and maintain accurate records
- Provide space management support including updating seat assignments
- Complete special projects as assigned to support broader organizational needs
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of progressive administrative or operations support experience required
- Prior experience managing calendars for multiple managers or executives strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating travel logistics and processing expense submissions preferred
- Background in event planning or morale initiative support is a plus
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to handle high-volume, complex scheduling and competing priorities
- Excellent conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Process discipline and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 4 days a week)
- Duration: 3 months
- Pay Range*: $27.50 - $31 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
