Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning needs.
• Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate assessments.
• Prepare employment offer letters.
• Onboarding
• Coordinate and administer new hire onboarding activities.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and employee records.
• Conduct orientation sessions and introduce company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other departments to ensure smooth employee setup.
• Monitor probation periods and collect feedback from managers and new employees.HR Operations
• Coordinate with company PRO for employee visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and insurance.
• Track visa expiries, labor contracts, and compliance deadlines.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Manage payroll and other compensation-related activities with 100% accuracy and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of HR experience within automotive industry in UAE, preferably covering recruitment & onboarding, etc.
• Proactive, organized, energetic and able to manage HR priorities in a fast-paced car showroom environment.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws.
