Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals to optimize workforce performance.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees through HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Oversee employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and performance management cycles to promote continuous growth.
- Administer employee benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and leave policies like FMLA in compliance with federal and state employment & labor laws.
- Lead change management efforts during organizational design projects or strategic planning initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate data collection and entry within HRIS platforms; generate reports for HR analytics using tools like ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro.
- Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting employee evaluations, and supporting affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of employment law and labor regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively using project management methodologies and tools such as Lever or Trello.
- Familiarity with HR systems including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or similar platforms for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams across multiple channels including social media management for employer branding purposes.
- Prior experience in benefits administration, payroll processing (e.g., Kronos, Paychex), and workforce management solutions like Dayforce or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in contracts and data collection activities. Pay: $49,445.16 - $59,546.86 per year
