The Operations Manager plays a key role within the store leadership team, helping ensure day-to-day retail operations run efficiently and effectively. In partnership with the General Manager, this position supports retail excellence, drives store performance through strong operational execution, and helps coach the team to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities· Support daily store operations by ensuring company processes, systems, and standards are consistently followed with accuracy and care.· Oversee all back-of-house functions, including shipment processing, inventory management, and stockroom organization.· Monitor replenishment, size availability, escalating concerns to the General Manager and collaborating on immediate solutions.· Own damages, returns, and all inventory-related tasks with a high level of accuracy.· Maintain store supplies, equipment, and technology, ensuring everything is functioning properly and addressing service needs promptly.· Ensure team members are trained on operational procedures, safety guidelines, and loss prevention standards.· Provide strong leadership on the sales floor by modeling exceptional client service and supporting client interactions.· Facilitate a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, including in-store purchases, BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store), phone orders, and ship-from-store.· Lead team training on product knowledge and fit to enhance client confidence and service quality.· Coach the team on visual merchandising standards, maintaining a floor that is both on-brand and responsive to business trends.· Utilize reporting tools and business data to improve inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and KPI goals to drive results.· Communicate regularly with the General Manager and corporate partners regarding product feedback, client insights, and allocation needs.· Assist with floor set execution and operational initiatives that align with company and store initiatives.
Requirements· 2–4 years of experience in retail or operations management.· Strong understanding of inventory systems, shipment processes, and retail operations within a fast-paced environment.· Ability to remain active on the sales floor throughout scheduled shifts and provide consistent client support.· Capable of bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
