• Employment Type: 1 year contract (renewable/convertible)Job DescriptionsManage laboratory inventory, purchasing, billing, and sample administration.

Monitor inventory levels, expenditure forecasts, and operational KPIs.

Coordinate sample receipt, tracking, discrepancy resolution, and traceability.

Ensure timely and accurate billing for laboratory services.

Maintain records and documentation in compliance with ISO17025, cGMP, and company standards.

Support SOP creation, revision, and document control activities.

Drive process improvement and digitization projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance activities.

Requirements

• Education: Minimally Diploma in related fields
• Minimum 1 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, logistics, or laboratory operations preferred.
• Experience in cGMP or ISO17025 regulated environments is advantageous.
